Unique Services Reimbursement

Receive up to a $100 reimbursement per family per calendar year for eligible services, such as:

• Alternative therapies – Acupuncture; biofeedback; chiropractic; hypnotherapy; massage therapy and yoga services
• Dental treatments
• Diagnostic devices – Used for diagnosing and treating illness and disease
• Disease management classes
• Hearing aids
• Presbyterian Healthplex fitness tests (if recommended by a Physician to treat a specific medical condition)
• Prescription drug costs – Copayments; prescriptions not covered by the prescription drug benefit; delivery charges for home delivered prescriptions
• Routine vision care – Eye refractions; glasses; contact lenses
